Meet my tuscan family, we live just outside of Certaldo, an hidden gem of the tuscan countryside.

In Certaldo alto, a medieval hamlet on the hilltop, we run the cooking school, opened in 2001, but at the farm is where we peoduce Chianti wine and extravirgin olive oil from generations.

This is not another food blog ,  because I believe that what you serve at the table is not as important as the people who sit around it.

We want to invite you to our table and taste a piece of Tuscany, what we know best, ours.  Meet our family and follow our cooking classes, truffle hunting and vineyard tours.
